On Monday, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced that he had contracted the Corona virus for the second time.
Austin, 69, said in a statement that he suffers from minor symptoms, and will adhere to the home quarantine for five days, while performing all his duties and following up on files from home.
On the second of last January, the US Secretary of Defense announced that he had contracted the Corona virus for the first time, stressing his adherence to the doctor’s instructions at that time.
A few days ago, US President Joe Biden's corona test came negative, after he had announced that he had contracted the disease twice, within a short period.
"The president continues to feel much better," White House physician Kevin O'Connor said in a statement, then continued, "This morning, the test was negative."
