President Joe Biden will announce an embargo on Russian oil imports to the United States, several American media reported, in response to the invasion of Ukraine. The head of state must speak at 4:45 p.m. to “announce actions aimed at sanctioning Russia for its unjustified and unprovoked war” against Ukraine, the White House said.
