Back to school is coming back next week - but fortunately it won't happen alone: the return to work and classes will be done in tandem with the arrival of the new selection of free titles for Xbox Live Gold subscribers and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Four titles on the program this week: two Xbox One games and two Xbox 360 games, just to make the wake-up pill go a little easier at 6:30.

From the old world to the very old world
Warhammer: Chaosbane introduces the Games Workshop license to the violent terrain of hack'n'slash. The title of EKO Software thus takes the bases of the classics of the genre by placing them in the universe of the Old World. Four character classes with specific skills are playable for solo or group loot sessions: games can accommodate up to four players, online or locally.
A whole new atmosphere for the indie selection of the month: Mulaka will transport players to the under-explored world of the indigenous Tarahumara culture of northern Mexico. Mulaka presents itself as a 3D action and adventure game drawing its inspiration from the rich mythology of the region.
Japanese interlude
As for the selection of Xbox 360 games, it will be titled from a whole different continent: two Japanese games complete this monthly shipment. Starting with Zone of the Enders HD Collection , the remastered compilation of the duology created by Hideo Kojima, the illustrious Japanese game designer to whom we owe the Metal Gear Solid franchise . At the controls of a combat mecha, Zone of the Enders and Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner narrate the fight between the space colonies of Jehuty and the military forces of Bahram with a high definition patina of the most tasteful.
Finally, it's a cult versus fighter that wraps up the monthly selection for this month of September: the famous Samurai Shodown II straight from the Neo Geo arcade machines is offered here in its Xbox 360 port. With more than one Fifteen playable fighters, this second opus refines the intense gameplay that has made the mark of the SNK saga where every mistake can prove fatal.
